Privacy Policy
In short
Keppzy reads your screenshots on your phone and keeps what it reads on your phone. It sends them to no server, because there is no server. Your screenshots are never sent anywhere. Of the text read from them, the only thing that leaves your phone is the title put into a search when you press "Search the web".
What the app accesses
- Photos: only images marked as screenshots are read. Your other photos are never opened. You grant this access and can withdraw it in your phone's settings at any time.
It does not access your calendar, location, contacts, microphone or camera.
What is stored, and where
For each screenshot, the phone keeps: the image's identifier on the phone, when it was taken, the text read from it, the phone's own guess at what the picture shows, any corrections you make, and the names you type under "who it's for". For each link you save: its address, the page's title, the address of its picture and the prices read from it. This lives in one file in the app's private folder on the phone. The screenshot itself is not copied; it stays in your photos.
What is shared
Nothing with us. No account, no ads, no server of ours; your screenshots are never sent anywhere. The app reaches the internet in two cases:
- When you press a button that opens your browser: "Search the web" puts the memory's title into a Google search; "Airline check-in" opens the airline's site. From there the site you opened applies its own rules.
- When you save a link: that page is read from your phone, the way a browser would. If it is a product page, its price is read again at most about once a day when you open the app. The page's picture is loaded from its own site when it is shown. These requests go straight from your phone to that site, which sees your IP address as it does for any visitor.
Google's reading library (Android only)
On Android, the part that reads text and pictures on the phone is Google's ML Kit library. It sends usage and error measurements to Google: the phone's model and version, the app's name and version, an identifier for this installation, how long the work took, and error codes. Your screenshots and the text read from them are not part of these measurements. There is no way to turn them off. Details: https://developers.google.com/ml-kit/android-data-disclosure
On iPhone, reading is done by Apple's on-device Vision framework; nothing of the kind is sent.
Sorting into kinds
To sort screenshots into kinds the app uses your phone's own AI model where it has one (Apple's on iPhone, Google's on Android, both built into the phone). The model runs on the phone; the text it is asked about does not leave the phone. Where the phone has no such model, the app sorts by its own rules.
Notifications
If you turn reminders on, notifications are scheduled inside your phone. No server sends them; we do not know what you are reminded of or when.
Deleting
- Delete a single memory from its own screen. The text read from it is erased; only its identifier is kept so the same screenshot is not imported again.
- "You → Delete my memories" erases everything from this phone, including any old copy that was set aside because it was damaged.
- Uninstalling the app removes all of its data.
Phone backups
The file in which the app keeps your memories is not included in your phone's backup (iCloud, Google) and is not transferred to a new phone. On iPhone only the app's settings (language, your name if you typed one, appearance, whether reminders are on) are in the backup; on Android nothing is. The file refers to screenshots by their place on this phone, which means nothing on another one. On a new phone the app reads your screenshots again.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If a future feature ever needs a server, this policy will be updated first and the feature will not run without your explicit consent.
This website
keppzy.com sets no cookies and uses no analytics or trackers. Its fonts and images are served from this site. The server that hosts it, like any web server, receives your IP address to deliver the page.

Kısaca
Keppzy ekran görüntülerini telefonunda okur. Okuduklarını telefonunda saklar. Hiçbir sunucuya göndermez, çünkü bir sunucumuz yok. Ekran görüntülerin hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Okunan yazıdan telefonundan çıkan tek şey, "Web'de ara"ya bastığında aramaya yazılan başlıktır.
Uygulama neye erişir
- Fotoğraflar: Yalnızca ekran görüntüsü olarak işaretlenmiş görseller okunur. Diğer fotoğrafların açılmaz. Erişim iznini sen verirsin ve telefonun ayarlarından istediğin an geri alabilirsin.
Takvim, konum, kişiler, mikrofon ve kameraya erişilmez.
Ne saklanır, nerede
Her ekran görüntüsü için telefonda şunlar tutulur: görüntünün telefondaki kimliği, alındığı tarih, üzerinde okunan yazı, görselde ne olduğuna dair telefonun kendi tahmini ve senin yaptığın düzeltmeler ile "kimin için" diye yazdığın adlar. Kaydettiğin her bağlantı için: adresi, sayfanın başlığı, görselinin adresi ve okunan fiyatlar. Bunlar uygulamanın telefondaki özel klasöründe tek bir dosyada durur. Ekran görüntüsünün kendisi kopyalanmaz; fotoğraflarında kalır.
Ne paylaşılır
Bizimle hiçbir şey. Hesap yok, reklam yok, sunucumuz yok; ekran görüntülerin hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Uygulama internete iki durumda çıkar:
- Sen bir düğmeye bastığında: "Web'de ara" anının başlığını Google aramasına yazarak tarayıcını açar; "Havayolu check-in" havayolunun sitesini açar. Sonrası açtığın sitenin kurallarına tabidir.
- Bir bağlantı kaydettiğinde: o sayfa telefonundan, bir tarayıcının yapacağı gibi okunur. Ürün sayfasıysa fiyatı, uygulamayı açtığında günde en fazla bir kez yeniden okunur. Sayfanın görseli, ekranda gösterildiğinde kendi sitesinden yüklenir. Bu istekler doğrudan telefonundan o siteye gider; site, her ziyaretçide olduğu gibi IP adresini görür.
Google'ın okuma kitaplığı (yalnızca Android)
Android'de yazıyı ve görseli telefonda okuyan parça Google'ın ML Kit kitaplığıdır. Bu kitaplık Google'a kullanım ve hata ölçümleri gönderir: telefonun modeli ve sürümü, uygulamanın adı ve sürümü, kuruluma özel bir kimlik, işlemin ne kadar sürdüğü ve hata kodları. iPhone'da okuma Apple'ın telefondaki Vision çerçevesiyle yapılır; böyle bir gönderim yoktur.
Türlere ayırma
Ekran görüntülerini türlerine ayırmak için, telefonunda varsa telefonun kendi yapay zekâ modeli kullanılır (iPhone'da Apple'ın, Android'de Google'ın telefona yerleşik modeli). Bu model telefonda çalışır; ona sorulan metin telefondan çıkmaz. Telefonunda böyle bir model yoksa uygulama kendi kurallarıyla ayırır.
Bildirimler
Hatırlatmaları açarsan bildirimler telefonun kendi içinde zamanlanır. Hiçbir sunucu bildirim göndermez; ne zaman neyi hatırlattığımızı biz bilmeyiz.
Silme
- Tek bir anıyı kendi ekranından silebilirsin. Okunan yazı silinir; yalnızca aynı ekran görüntüsünün yeniden içeri alınmaması için kimliği tutulur.
- "Sen → Anılarımı sil" her şeyi bu telefondan siler; bozulduğu için kenara ayrılmış eski kopyalar da silinir.
- Uygulamayı kaldırmak tüm verisini siler.
Telefon yedekleri
Uygulamanın anıları tuttuğu dosya telefon yedeğine (iCloud, Google) alınmaz ve yeni telefona aktarılmaz. iPhone'da yedeğe yalnızca uygulama ayarları (dil, görünüm, yazdıysan adın, hatırlatmaların açık olup olmadığı) girer; Android'de hiçbir şey girmez. Dosya ekran görüntülerine bu telefondaki yerleriyle işaret eder; başka bir telefonda bunun bir anlamı olmaz. Yeni telefonda uygulama ekran görüntülerini yeniden okur.
Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındakilere yönelik değildir.
Değişiklikler
Uygulama bir gün sunucu kullanan bir özellik eklerse bu metin önceden güncellenir ve o özellik senin açık onayın olmadan çalışmaz.
Bu web sitesi
keppzy.com çerez kullanmaz; analiz ya da takip aracı yoktur. Yazı tipleri ve görseller bu siteden yüklenir. Siteyi barındıran sunucu, her web sunucusu gibi, sayfayı gönderebilmek için IP adresini alır.
